WARRANTY 10 YEARS

We have great confidence in our products, so we hope that they will provide you with a satisfactory wearing experience and durability. However, if you need to make use of this guarantee, remember to keep the purchase invoice, as it will be required.

 

Warranty coverage:

This guarantee is governed by the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The law sets the warranty period at 2 years from the delivery of the kitchen.

 

The modification of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users includes the extension of the guarantee terms. This measure implies an extension from 2 to 3 years, for kitchens that are delivered from January 1, 2022 onwards.

Our company extends the coverage up to a total of 10 years. With a replacement guarantee for any defective part or material, not including installation labor if necessary. As an exception, the polylaminated-type door component (for kitchens that incorporate this type of door) will have a total replacement guarantee of 5 years, as granted by the manufacturer of this component.

 

In the products that our company does not manufacture, but acts as a distributor, as is the case of lighting items and household appliances, the guarantee will be that offered by the manufacturer of these products.

 

The guarantee covers any type of manufacturing defect, Delamora Espacio Integral will replace or repair the defective material in the shortest possible time. In the case of discontinued material, the parts to be replaced will have similar characteristics to the original ones. In the conformity of the final product with respect to the sample, it must be considered that there are tolerance margins due to different product manufacturing items. As well as tone variations caused by the passage of time with the incidence of light and humidity. We will always seek to minimize these differences, but in case of difficult supply, we reserve the right to use products from other suppliers, guaranteeing that the same qualitative and functional characteristics are maintained.

 

Requirements for coverage:

- That our products have been installed by an official distributor.

- That the products have not been modified or altered from their factory settings.

- That the instructions for maintenance and cleaning in the manual have been complied with.

- That the cleaning products used have been those recommended in the instructions of the manual.

Damage caused by:

- Discharges of products such as vinegar, acids, ketones, bleach or any other corrosive product.

- Water discharges not removed promptly.

- Exposure to steam due to non-use of the extractor hood, its malfunction, or dissipation of       dishwasher steam.

- Exposure to heat sources such as heat dissipation from the oven, heater, direct sunlight.

- Bumps or scratches reported after 3 working days from the installation of the kitchen.

In the case of products such as wood and veneer, variations in the veins or tones due to the nature of the material, or variations in its aging due to different exposures to light, will not be guaranteed.

How to make use of the guarantee:

Any claim must be made through our distributors, who will notify the factory. Please read carefully and take into account the instructions for maintenance and cleaning. By respecting these guidelines you will be able to get the most out of your kitchen in terms of durability. Keep in mind that damage caused by non-diligence in these indications will not be covered by warranty.
